I'm Atara Malach. You might know me as the bestselling author of “A Working Mother’s GPS: A Guide to Parenting Success for the Modern Working Mom“ but I'm also a fellow traveler on this rollercoaster ride called life.
For over 30 years, I've invested in my private practice as a psychotherapist and certified coach while struggling with the challenges of parenthood and career just like you.
When I started out, my heart was set on making parenting a little less daunting for moms like us. That's why I founded a parenting academy and poured my soul into creating online programs like SuperMom Simplified that cut through the noise and made parenting practical… and even fun!
I cried tears of frustration and exhausted and have been overwhelmed by guilt while raising six incredible kids. I know firsthand how it feels to question your abilities as a parent, even when your professional life is thriving.
But here's the thing—I've also witnessed the magic that happens when we tap into our inner strength and wisdom. Over the years, I've watched countless working moms transform their lives, harnessing their parental superpowers to shine both at home and in their careers.
